Managed properties receive a monthly statement that shows exactly what happened with the money:
- Rent received – per tenancy, with dates and any arrears position.
- Costs – each works invoice listed at cost, with the contractor's original invoice attached.
- Our fee – the agreed percentage, visible on the same page as everything else.
- Balance – what is due to you and when it is transferred.
Statements are issued monthly as standard and are available throughout the tenancy. Because every line traces to a rent receipt or an invoice, questions get answered in minutes, not weeks.
