Sakari Investments Ltd (“we”), Company No. 11524924, is the controller of personal data collected through this website. Last updated: October 2026.

What we collect

• Enquiry form – the name, email address, optional phone number and message you submit. Nothing else is required to send an enquiry.
• Preference record – a single value stored in your browser (localStorage) recording your cookie-banner choice. It is not sent to us.
• Server logs – standard hosting logs (IP address, requested pages, timestamps) kept by our hosting provider for security.

This site runs no advertising trackers and no analytics scripts. No data from this site is used for automated decision-making or profiling.

Why we use it

• To read and answer your enquiry – because you asked us to (the form submission itself).
• To keep a record of the enquiry if you become a client.
• To keep the site secure – our legitimate interest in operating the website.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not lead to a service are deleted after 12 months. Records connected to a tenancy or management agreement are kept for the period required by tax and property law.

Who we share it with

Nobody, unless the law requires it. We do not sell, rent or trade personal data. If an enquiry leads to a tenancy, referencing is carried out by processors acting on our instructions under contract.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to our use of it, by emailing info@sakariinvestments.com. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk). We answer rights requests within one month.
